The iTrip concept was developed by vacation rental home owners disgruntled with their management options and combines the best from national and local sources including a global marketing machine with local owners/operators who ensure the properties are in pristine condition. iTrip Vacations Steamboat Springs serves over 100 vacation rental owners and thousands of guests a year in get picturesque and rapidly growing market of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Our goal is to increase owners' rental income and provide them and their guests with superior personalized service. We strive for every guest to have a five-star experience and every property owner to have peace of mind knowing their rental investment is being looked after as if it were our own.

The iTrip concept combines the best from international, national and local sources: international marketing; a team of search engine experts increasing occupancy rates; local owner/operators who ensure the properties are in pristine condition; and a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to bringing happy and hassle-free vacation experiences to iTrip customers.

2008

THE FIRST iTRIP

iTrip franchise founders start their property management business after their own short-term rental management needs were not being met.

2016

JUST DO IT

The iTrip Steamboat franchise opens in May. First property under management in September. First guests hosted in December.

2017

GAME ON

Hired first team member. Doubled the number of properties under management from 10 to 20. Hired more team members.

2018

ON THE (GOOGLE) MAP

Moved into first office on Village Dr. Doubled properties under management from 20 to 40. Doubled Gross Revenue. Doubled team members.

2019

TAKING OFF

Moved into office located on Lincoln Ave. Increased properties under management to 60. Doubled Gross Revenue. Doubled team members.

2020

CHALLENGING TIMES

Increased properties under management to 80. Increased Gross Revenue despite Global Pandemic shutting down business for 3 months. Doubled team members.

2021

BOOM BOOM

Increased properties under management to over 100. Doubled Gross Revenue. Increased team members.

2024

GROWING UP

Moved into office located on Mid Valley Drive. Increased properties under our management to over 130. Continuing to increase Gross Revenue and team members.
